A group of demonstrators gathered on Parliament Square when the MP discusses the last phase of a law that could legalize dying in England and Wales.
A woman described that her son, who died of cancer, died in “agonizing pain”, said that the dying person had given him a choice.
Another demonstrator said that the invoice would open “a flood gate” if it were adopted.
The law on terminally ill adults (end of life) would enable incurable sick adults with six months or less to receive medical help in order to end their own lives.
