There was a time when it looked like the Invincibles cast list for season 3 would be much shorter due to the death of several characters … but this is not the type of show where people stay dead for a long time and until the end of season 2. Most of them have “bounced back” from injuries, that would contribute to real life in real life. In fact, the Season 3 cast will be even bigger.
Amazon Prime has released a list of nine actors who will be joining the series in regular or supporting roles this coming season, and they include the likes of Breaking Bad’s Sima Liu, Kate Mara, and Aaron Paul. They join an already stellar roster of regulars: Steven Yeun, Sandra Oh, J. Simmons, Gillian Jacobs, and Jason Mantzoukas.
Paul plays a new enemy with powers similar to Superman’s parasite named PowerPlex. Mara as Becky Duvall, a PowerPlex sidekick who hates Invincible for unverifiable reasons. Liu plays the multi-Paul Dupley-Kate brother, and Convery is the teenage version of Oliver, Mark’s half-brother … who, if you remember, is growing at an accelerated rate due to his alien genetics. The new list lays it all out …
Powerplex (Aaron Paul)
A new villain with an emotional past, PowerPlex absorbs energy – allowing him to use his opponent’s powers against them. And this enemy is invincible.
Becky Duvall (Kate Mara)
With a deep hatred for the Invincible, Becky works with the PowerPlex to bring about the justice she believes has been denied.
The Elephant (John DiMaggio)
A serious villain with a serious name and a serious look. He wants the world to stop eating meat. He probably wants other things too. It doesn’t matter as long as it is taken seriously by … someone. Please.
Mr. Hu (tc u)
Beneath this fictional exterior, he is the ruthless leader of “Order” – International criminal syndicate. But that’s not all this mysterious old man is hiding.

If you counted, that’s seven, not nine. Two additional actors, Jonathan Banks and Doug Bradley, were left on the roster; Apparently, their role is too much of a spoiler right now. But all the answers will be revealed (or will they?) when the undefeated return on February 6.
