Today, on the day of Surs Devs Summer Game Fest, a South African developer Nyamakop, in cooperation with Mooncat Games, revealed that Grooted, a paroxysmal game in which a group of thieves is trying to return invaluable artifacts to cultures that worship them.
Each mission at Retloted takes place in three phases: firstly, players will throw away the museum and locate the target artifact. Then they will enter the building and create their escape path as quiet as possible, avoiding guards and other obstacles along the way. Finally, the time has come to catch the artifact and escape with the help of a path created in the second phase.

In an interesting accent, artfacts players will aim at relooted, they are not fictitious invented to play. Instead, they are real artifacts that are currently sitting in Western museums, and every artifact in the game has a short biography of its origin, the culture in which it was created and why the artifact is so worshiped by this culture.
For example, one of the artifacts shown on the day of the developers segment is the Ngadji drum, the drum of people discovered in Africa in the 1870s. The drum was stolen by the British colonists at the beginning of the 20th century and sent to the Museum-114 years later the brother of King Pokomo became the first person to see the drum from his theft when he was brought to the museum and allowed him to see in the warehouse.
The presentation of Day of the Devs included world premieres and updates of many upcoming independent games, including Big Walk from Untitled Goose Game Developer House House and Mixtape from Artful Escape Dev Beethoven & Dinosaur. He also announced Snap and Grab, a paroxysmal game from the 1980s from Goblin and Annapurna Interactive, as well as a new look at owners from a cordial machine and Devolver Digital.
Relooted is to be released on Xbox Series X | S and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. Live broadcasting windows for programs were not announced during the day.
