The Prime Minister of Qatar denounced Israel on Sunday when Ministers of the Arab and Muslim countries of Foreign Affairs met to discuss a possible uniform reaction to DOHA’s attack aimed at the leadership of the militant group of Hamas.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, who also acts as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, made the comments on Monday of leaders from those nations prior to a meeting.
Sheikh Mohammed said Qatar remained dedicated to work with Egypt and the United States to reach a ceasefire in the Israel-HAMAS war that the Gaza Strip destroyed after Hamas’ on October 7, 2023, attack on Israel. However, he emphasized that the time had come for the consequences for the attacks of Israel in the wider Midden -East in the midst of the conflict.

“It is time for the international community to stop applying double standards and punish Israel for all the crimes that it has committed,” said Sheikh Mohammed in images that were later released by the government of Qatar from the closed door meeting.
There was no immediate response from Israel, which is organizing the American State Secretary Marco Rubio this weekend.
The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, however, defended the strike again on Saturday evening.
“The Hamas Terrorists Chiefs who live in Qatar do not care about the people in Gaza,” he wrote on the social platform X. “They all stopped striking -the war to drag away endlessly. Getting rid of them would get rid of the most important obstacle to release all our hostages and end the war.”
