New Dorohedoro Sequel Visual Teaser Reveals 2025 Release Date

The second visual teaser for Dorokhedoro a sequel to the anime was released, and along with it, it became known about the premiere of the series in 2025 and the return of the director Yuichiro Hayashi (Attack on Titan Final Season) and an animation production studio MAP.

The visual doesn’t feature fancy artwork, but instead features various storyboard sheets from the new season.

Dorokhedoro based on the violent fantasy manga published by Shogakukan Q Hayashidawhich was published from 2000 to 2018 and was collected in 23 volumes of tankoubons. Viz Media describes it this way:

In a town so grim it’s only known as “The Hole,” a Clan of Sorcerers plucks people off the streets to use as guinea pigs for cruel “experiments” in black magic. In a dark alley, Nikaido found Kaiman, a human with a reptilian head and a severe case of amnesia. To undo the spell, they hunt down and kill the Wizards in the Burrow, hoping that they will eventually kill the right one.  the head Wizard, receives word that the Lizardman is killing his people, he sends a team of “cleaners” into the Hole, sparking a war between the two worlds.

Season 1 staff includes Hiroshi Seko (Attack on Titan Final Season) as the composer of the series, Tomohiro Kishi (Attack on Titan Final Season) as a character designer and Yuki Nomoto as director of 3DCG.

Wataru Takagi voiced the main character Kaimon Ray Kondo the main character Nikaido is voiced. Including other actors Kenyu Horiuchi if And, Yoshimasa Hosoya as Shin, and Yuu Hayashi like us

The Dorokhedoro a sequel was announced in January 2024. The first season aired in 2020.

The Dorokhedoro The manga debuted in the now-defunct Monthly IKKI and later moved to the now-defunct Hibana. It ended on a lunar Sunday.
