I needed a new game, and now I can’t stop playing fantasy and – destructoid

Life is stressful. I don’t know about you, but my days usually rely on work, preparing until the next day, and then running to the gym for several hours at night. Sometimes I just have to relax, turn off the brain and immerse myself with something funny and refreshing.

Recently, however, I burned out of these games and desperately needed something different. At least yes, as long as I jumped into it and remembered what exactly made me happy during the game.

I didn’t expect to pick up this game at all. It looked cool, but I didn’t gladly lowered like a balloon after watching USD CAD to CAD, changing the game of 60 USD in over 90 USD. Nevertheless, I needed something to lift my spirits after a series of stressful life events, and boy, my mood is higher than ever.

I went Fantasy life for me Thinking that I will spend about five hours, ending my story, from 10 to 15 hours to maximum statistics, and then return to it a year later if I find time. Instead, I have 25 hours at the time of writing and I’m not ready with my game. I didn’t even get my first maximum skillNot to mention all 14 except the main task line and optional demands. There is more in this game than it allows, and it is easy to sink dozens of hours without notice.

There is something in playing charming games that make me happy. Perhaps it comes from spending most of my life, playing in this kind of game, or it can be the effect of snowball life stress, which makes everything sweet, affect my mind and mood more than usual. At this point I am not worried about it very much. And yet I managed to play it for 25 hours in three days.

Why? What makes him Fantasy life for me Is it so different from other ordinary breeding and Life SIM games that I played before? Admittedly, not as much as it would seem. Where there is an interesting story, nice figures and funny puns, there is repetition in almost every skill behaving exactly in the same way. Sometimes it seems that I will even out the same skills many times. Am I saying it as a bad thing? Not at all. At the moment there is nothing more than knowledge, simplicity and an excuse to sit on a chair with a controller in hand when I spend a few hours straight to cut trees. I even experienced a charming scene with dancing leaves, which I was happy to show my best friend when I discovered.

I love it all. I am the same type of person who has invested over 1000 hours in games like Disney Dreamlight ValleyIN Sims franchise and even MMO RunescapeSo it should not be a surprise that I am happy about friends, though somewhat repeated loops of the game, in a charming, cheerful game. I only regret that I don’t play the original Fantasy life To pull a nostalgic heart, but to be honest, it can be for the better.

It was a new experience that I enjoyed much more than I expected, and I’m glad that I can finally have some stress relief. Now it doesn’t bother me; I will just come back and build my base camp for the next few hours.
