Warner Bros. Discovery evaluates the possible sale of the company - News

Entertainment conglomerate Warner Bros. Discovery confirmed on Tuesday that it is evaluating a possible acquisition of the entire company or individual acquisitions for it Warner Bros. and Discovery Global business as part of the “review of strategic alternatives to maximize shareholder value” initiated by the company’s Board of Directors. The message states that Warner Bros. Discovery received “unsolicited interest” from several parties in a possible acquisition of the entire company or Warner Bros. business. Warner Bros.
