Virtua Fighter will be available on Steam for the first time ever with the new Virtua Fighter 5 REVO edition arriving on January 27. Fans can pre-order the Steam version at a discount at Fanatical, where the standard version costs just $14 (it was $20) and 30th Anniversary Edition with tons of extra content it’s on sale for $35 (was $50).
When you pre-order either version, you’ll receive three character customization items based on classic Sega consoles like the Genesis, Saturn, and Dreamcast that you can use to add some flair to your favorite fighter.

Virtua Fighter 5 REVO will support net code recovery during online matches. This has become the preferred way to play online fighting games as it allows for smoother battles around the world, and its inclusion in Virtua Fighter 5 REVO puts it on par with net code in other modern fighting games such as Street Fighter 6. The game also supports resolution 4K, updated textures and numerous changes to the balance of the 19-character list. Like developer Dragon, Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio has also added new modes, including 16-player tournaments and online leagues.
$35 (was $50)

The 30th Anniversary Edition of Virtua Fighter 5 REVO includes many DLCs. This pack includes 30th Anniversary costumes for all characters, original soundtracks and unreleased music for all Virtua Fighter titles, archival art, exclusive in-game ranked titles, the Yakuza Collaboration Pack DLC, and the Virtua Fighter Legendary Pack DLC.
