Georgia -Democrat Lucy McBath suspends 2026 Run for Governor, referring to the man's cancer


Atlanta – Georgia US Rep. Lucy McBath announced on Monday that she suspends her exploratory bid for the Governor in 2026 and arouses uncertainty on the democratic field.

McBath can still run for Governor that year, said spokesman Jake Orvis, but she must now concentrate on the health of her husband Curtis after complications of recent cancer operation.

The celebration member of the congress, best known as a lawyer for weapon control, had submitted paper on 5 March to raise money for the governor.
