Sols 4450-4451: Maximum Monday Use

Last Saturday around 20:00 Pacific Standard Time I saw a hell of 22 degrees that surrounds our mostly full moon and Mars; The whole planet hanging in the sky between our month and atmospheric phenomenon. As I took the view, I wondered what our Rover was doing at that moment … It turns out that the sun just went over Gale Crater, and curiosity was still sleeping, waiting for her alarm to enter for about 2.5 hours for another one all day of science.

She wouldn’t start driving on weekends until Monday morning around 1:30, while still asleep waiting for my alarm to sound at 5:15. Drive data arrived on Earth around 5:30 and told us that we drove to the ride limit-operating about 36 meters (about 118 feet) from the location on Friday. Unfortunately, it turned out that the right front wheel was located on some high rocks and we couldn’t quantify the risk of falling if we cut our hand. We decided to play it safely and keep our hand instead.

Today’s two-solo plan would usually be in the “nominal” soles-what does we get all day of science and driving on another solo-ali because of some Dsn We moved our drive to the Earth to first salt, so after our last solidaya we transfer to “limited” Sols a little earlier than usual. Although we couldn’t plan on contact science, we make the most of our plan with almost 90 minutes of remote senses. Mastcam in the north will take approximately 24-octa stereo mosaic of Wilkerson Butte, and Chemcam will shoot its laser in a rock in our work space called “Carbon Canyon”, as well as three separate RMI mosaics! Then we will try to drive to our limit of about 15:00 local time for Gale, we hope that on Wednesday we will be brought to a more stable place for contact science. The second salt contains our usual dust research with Navacam, atmospheric measurements of opaque with fat and blind liba on a piece of base of the Rover selects autonomous.
